Corissa is an accomplished finance professional with 20 years of experience in multiple facets of the financial services industry including Business Strategy and Implementation, Mortgage Capital Markets, Whole Loan Trading, Sales, and Mergers & Acquisitions. She also brings expertise in strategic analysis, crisis management and complex problem solving to drive meaningful organizational change.
Prior to founding Doyen Consulting Group, Corissa spent time with Goldman Sachs, HSBC, and Fannie Mae. She holds a Master's degree in Legislative Affairs from George Washington University and a Bachelor's in Finance from the University of Iowa.
An expert in the Asset Backed Securities space, Jon developed and ran multiple Global ABS operations for two U.S. investment banks. He is a former CFO of HSBC Global Banking & Markets, a former member of HSBC Global Markets Board of Directors and has held several other prominent board positions in the financial services industry and for privately held companies.
Jon holds a Master's in Finance from DePaul University and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Miami (OH) Univeristy.
Over a 25+ year career, Kevin has led and managed many global projects overseeing multinational and cross-functional teams, turned around and recapitalized several companies and led the design, analysis and execution of numerous strategic, financial and operational initiatives. Kevin also brings extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, having acquired and sold dozens of small to multi-billion dollar companies and asset portfolios globally.
Kevin holds a Master's in Business Administration from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA and a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Kathryn served as Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Finance Corporation, an SEC registrant consumer finance company. Kathryn currently serves on the board of a fintech company. Prior to the role of CEO, she served as President of the Consumer and Mortgage Lending business, where she was responsible for for all mortgage operations and compliance. She also previously directed all aspects of consumer-based lending for both decentralized and centralized origination and sales channels. Kathryn is a proven leader, provides innovative strategic direction and has experience in all staff disciplines including finance, compliance, marketing and risk.
Kathryn holds a Master's in Management from Northwestern University and a Master's in Business Administration from DePaul University, as well as a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.
DJ is an experienced entrepreneur, financial services and operations executive. He brings extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate including lending, acquisition, asset management and sales.
Throughout his career, DJ has been recognized for leading large businesses to record profitability, and has demonstrated success in managing start-ups and turnarounds in need of restructuring. As EVP for large US bank operations, he was the Head of Default and Servicing responsible for the strategy, performance, management and oversight of a servicing portfolio with over 1mm loans and managing staff of over 3,000 FTE across multiple locations, both on and offshore.
DJ attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School and the IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Business Administration form the University of Central Florida.
